Zyggot® is based on networks of smart sensors that are able to perform temperature measurements and arc flash detections efficiently, warranting the security of users and applications.
Zyggot® Arc Detection system uses ultraviolet sensors with an ultrafast detection time of 300 us. It protects electrical systems and components as the arc flash detection system goes through an intelligent network of sensors that detect UV radiation.
With Zyggot® Arc Flash, detection occurs during the expansion phase of the air. This means that there are no false trips since the system only detects ultraviolet light and does not act with ambient light.
To date, Zyggot® Arc Detection is the most innovative arc flash protection system, with up to 1000x faster than the usual system in the market.
Zyggot® Infrared condition based maintenance system for electrical switchboard with infrared sensors. With ability to identify / detect abnormal circuit breaker busbar joints and cable terminations joint due to loose or faulty connection to prevent switchboard damage or fire which may be compromised in real-time, to allow the planning of any required maintenance activity and prevent potential failures occurring. This permanent Infrared monitoring system shall be capable of replacing periodic Thermographic inspections and the installation of thermal windows based on the international thermographic measuring method by NETA / NFPA 70B / SS 538 condition monitoring constantly at all time, on time without opening the electrical panel to do the thermography measurements.
